Prime One Realty opened its doors for business in 2015.
After working for many years with Berkshire Hathaway, Mr. Tabares in order to personalize his services; embarked into a new journey as Real Estate Broker and created Prime One Realty.
Mr. Tabares has been practicing Real Estate since 2008, specializing on the Residential sector; but his experience and expertise extends to the Commercial arena as well.
Mr. Tabares has been servicing the South Florida community for many years and has focused on not only providing outstanding customer service but also guiding buyers on the road to homeownership.
Today, he partners with very talented professionals to guaranty world class services. Including Mortgage Lenders, Home Inspectors, Title Companies, Lawyers and DPA Programs for assistance to home buyers.
